The WashU Center for Career Engagement has been selected as a recipient of the inaugural 2025 Best University–Corporate Partnership Award by AUCA. American Universities in China Association (AUCA) is a non-profit organization comprised of professionals who represent international higher education institutions in China from countries such as the United States, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Australia. This award was inaugurated this year and recognizes outstanding institutions among AUCA’s 60+ member universities worldwide who demonstrate exceptional commitment to bridging universities and employers through innovative, sustainable, and globally focused partnerships.

The University-Corporate Partnership award recognizes institutions who build dynamic global talent and employer pipelines. This year’s award recipients include the University of Southern California, the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and Washington University in St. Louis! Di Lu, assistant director of employer engagement – Asia, accepted the award on behalf of the CCE at the AUCA ceremony in Beijing. This award reflects the collective efforts of our CCE staff who support global employer engagement, international career programming, employer partnerships, and the systems and relationships that make this work successful.
