My name is Viktoriia Knyaz, and I am an international second-year student majoring in Architecture. Before coming to America, I graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum in Ukraine, where, as a student parliament member, I brought new and exciting initiatives to student life. I am also a finalist of the Ukraine Global Scholars, a non-profit organization created to help talented Ukrainian school students apply for and get an education at top global boarding schools and colleges. I currently mentor Ukrainian students who are part of this organization and help them on their journey to get an education in elite universities in the US and worldwide. Also, after finishing my first year at WashU, I had the opportunity to intern in an interior design studio and the city council of my city in Ukraine. As a Career Peer at the Center for Career Engagement, I am excited to share my experiences and support fellow students in navigating their career paths.
