Career Outcomes

The Center for Career Engagement conducts an annual survey of graduating students to learn about their next step after graduation. Also known as the First Destination Survey, students self-report their employment (including jobs, fellowships, post-graduation internships and co-ops, research, and self-employment), continuing education (including graduate/professional school, medical school, law school, dental school, and certificate programs), military service, volunteer service, or seeking status to the Center for Career Engagement, or share their updates via academic partners, advisors, and social media.

* Please note data will not display in the dashboard if fewer than five data points are present to ensure privacy of outcomes information. Please select additional majors, schools, or years to generate results.

Information for First-Destination career outcomes is collected and displayed in accordance with the First-Destination Initiative standards published by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Click here to learn more about the NACE First-Destination Initiative.

Information for graduates in Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and Specialized Masters Programs (Master of Accounting, MS in Business Analytics, MS in Finance, and MS in Supply Chain Management) are collected and displayed in accordance with Employment Standards published by the Career Services & Employer Alliance (CSEA).
