Thursday, September 18, 2025 | 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. CST
ShowcaseU: Meet the Student Groups is a dynamic event where WashU student organizations take the spotlight. Before the second day of the Career Expo kicks off, employers are invited to walk through a curated fair of student-led groups representing diverse passions, disciplines, and campus impact.
Rather than students visiting your table, you’ll visit theirs — gaining access to some of the most engaged, innovative, and community-focused student leaders at WashU. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to build authentic, early connections with future hires who are already shaping their campus communities.
Last year’s participants included more than 30 Student Groups!
Whether you’re seeking future leaders, team players, or culture builders, ShowcaseU offers a unique window into the heart of WashU student life.
Register to attend this optional, high-impact event by selecting the add-on when registering for the Expo in Handshake.
Spots are limited — don’t miss it!
