For both on-campus jobs & internships select position type as On Campus Student Employment under position type
Selecting Work-Study Program will restrict viewability and applications to students who have Federal Work-Study selected on their profile.
If your position is open to both work-study and non-work-study students, please leave the work-study program box unchecked, and indicate work-study and non work-study eligibility clearly within the body of your job description.
