Engage with Students

Our Employer Toolkit for campus branding offers comprehensive resources to help you effectively promote your brand to students. This toolkit provides everything you need to build a strong presence on campus and attract top talent.

  • These sessions offer an opportunity to introduce students to your company, share insights about your interview process or host skill-building sessions to elevate your brand, and enhance awareness among future talent.

  • Throughout the academic year, we host several campus-wide career expos, including an expanded fall career expo in September or October, an engaging spring career expo in late January or early February and our fall MBA Summit.

  • Conducting on-campus interviews offers employers a unique chance to engage directly with students in their academic environment, fostering deeper connections and insights. Choose your preferred date and format, and let our team help with a productive interview day.

  • Hosted in the inviting front lobby of the Center for Career Engagement at the Danforth University Center. These open house-style gatherings offer an opportunity for casual conversations in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Enhance the experience with coffee or snacks to create a warm and engaging environment.

  • Set up an Information Table during the lunch hour. This is an ideal opportunity to casually interact with the student body, sparking meaningful conversations and building your brand.

  • These events spotlight organizations in St. Louis and other major cities, offering a unique opportunity to host a group of students for personalized tours and informative sessions.

Simultaneously build your brand on campus and your pipeline by participating in mentorship opportunities.

  • Mentorship Programs: Connect with our Employer Engagement team to learn about existing mentorship programs through our Career Communities.
  • WashU CNX: WashU CNX is the university’s official online networking platform where alumni and current students share experiences and expertise, ask questions and find answers, and help each other grow. Alumni can sign up here.
