Focus 2 Career is an online, interactive, self-guided career planning tool that uses interests, values, skills, and personality self-assessments to help you identify majors, explore occupations, make informed decisions, and take action in your career development process. Whether you’re just beginning to explore majors, wanting to identify careers that fit you, looking to change your major, or are wanting to make a career decision, Focus 2 Career is a great resource.

Using Focus 2. Most individuals simply start at the top of the Focus 2 home page and work their way down. However, you are free to start anywhere with any assessment. Your results are available immediately after completing each assessment.
What should I do after using Focus 2? After exploring your results online, we recommend scheduling an appointment with a career coach. Processing your results with a career coach can provide valuable insights and help you plan next steps in your career exploration path.
Other things to keep in mind:
- You can use Focus 2 Career online on any phone, tablet, or computer.
- You can change your mind about earlier choices, repeat assessments, and explore new options.
- Saving the occupations and majors that appeal to you allows you to see them as a collection in the Reports section.
